Plant was equipped with 1X55 TPH AFBC IJT make Boiler, TRIVENI make turbine, TDS, make alternator and ABB-800XA make DCS system. I was responsible for operation and maintenance of1X12 MW power plant

Key Result Areas:

Project Management
- Planning and monitoring execution of power projects
- Supervising projects with respect to Cost, Resource Deployment, Time over-runs and Quality Compliance; evaluating project progress & taking adequate corrective actions
- Involved in prepared the tender documents & floating the tender & bid evaluation & technical meeting with Consultant & different vender. Reviewing tender, Engineering & Drawings for up coming 2 x 30 MW TPP Project. Responsible for site mobilization & site coordination with management, contractors & different vendors. Correspondence with consultant and contractor.
- Review of drawings of control and power circuit of Instrument system and make comments, which was submitted for approval. Review the Fault level calculation and sizing calculation of all kind of Instrument equipment
Erection & Commissioning:
- Anchoring and planning erection & commissioning activities for all instrument equipments well within the prescribed time limit.
- Installing / commissioning, conducting tests & inspections to ensure operational effectiveness of plant & utilities; planning & implementing maintenance schedules for machines and equipments.
