    Position : Customer Development Officer / Sales Officer
    Location Delhi, Jaipur, Lucknow
    Responsibilities:
    ** Achieve Billing (direct sales) and Retailing (indirect sales) targets every month.
    ** Identifying new markets & accounts and bring them under the coverage network and ensuring adequate market distribution and penetration.
    ** Assigning and scheduling work to Stockist Salesmen & Pilot salesmen, monitoring their activities, resolving problems and monitoring their performance. The Customer Development officers should be able to use the tools of DMS-ITT/ Palm effectively to and make data/ fact-based decisions & recommendations and should support it with relevant numerical analysis.
    ** Reporting competitive activity, schemes & related developments from the market.

    Requirements:
    ** Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor of Art, Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Science , Bachelor of Architecture, Bachelor of Business Administration, Bachelor of Computer Application , Bachelor of Engineering/Technology, Bachelor of Hotel Management, Master of Science or Master in Business Admin/Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration/Post Graduate Program in Management in Marketing or equivalent.
    ** Applicants should be Indian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
    ** Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
