Job Description:
Over all responsibility of Financial Accounting & Control
To ensure compliance with various statutory obligations including reporting requirements under Tax laws, Corporate laws, Foreign Exchange Management Act, FCRA, Bombay Charity Commissioners Act etc.
MIS-prepare MIS on Actual Vs Budget, provide Analysis of the same on regular intervals in the areas of Finance & Performance.
Cash flow Management
Prepare the annual operational budget for India
To liaise with other Group offices on various accounting & other issues.
Willing to travel in India & non-frequently Abroad for Audit
Desired Candidate Profile:
Educational Profile : Chartered Accountant
Age : 35-45 years
Skills Required : Excellent interpersonal skills, Communication skills etc.
Experience : Minimum 10 years, out of which 5 years at Senior Management Position in Finance with Corporate or Non-Government Organizations.
