    Job Description:

    The candidate should be a qualified CA / ICWA with 10 – 15 years of experience in any reputed private sector organization. He will he heading the finance team and will be responsible for:

    Financial Services: Reviews, valuations, financial projections, cash flow analysis, and working capital management.

    Accounting: Preparation of financial accounts in accordance with Indian Accounting Standards, in compliance with Company Law and Income Tax Act.

    He will also be responsible for Planning and Budgeting, Co-ordination and Monitoring with the Other Business Officers making strategies and implementation, CAPEX Monitoring Review of Revenues and their flows, Treasury and Taxation, Budgeting & Planning, Budget Vs. actual, Project finance and controls.

    Desired Candidate Profile:
