Job Description
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

1.Drawing & designing
'XDevelop & formulating designs based on the concept given by the Project Architect / Project coordinator / Lead designer or the Studio Manager.

2.Understanding client Requirements
'XInteracting with client as a part of the design team to understand their requirements and incorporating it in the design.
3.Making regular project related follow-ups
'XMaking regular follow-ups with vendors, consultants and clients.
'XMaking follow-ups with the Project Coordinator.
'XMaking follow-ups with the Senior Architect.
'XKeeping the track of the stages in design drawing.
'XChecking if the drawings / design are executable.


4.Preparing Presentation
'XCompiling the entire scheme & preparing presentation accordingly for the clients.

5.Traveling
'XTravelling over different places for project work if required.

6.Coordination
'XInteracting with service consultants and architecture team for designing and execution of project.
'XSharing their ideas to facilitate the execution of project.
'XInternal coordination with civil engineers, interior designers and 3D designers to streamline the project.
7.Communication
'XInteract regularly with who all involved in project.

B. Arch or Diploma in Architecture as recognized by the Council of Architecture

Desirable: Revit, Sketchup 3D Modeling, 3DS MAX

2 to 3 yrs of experience in Commercial / Residential / Hospitality
