Management Trainee
Educational Qualification :
1 st Class Engineering Graduates with 2 years full time course in MBA with specialization in HR from reputed Management Institute .
Experience :
Experience of working in Petroleum Industry would be preferred and knowledge of computers operation is essential.
Age :
Maximum 32 years as on 1 st July, 2009 relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST candidates and 3 years for OBC candidates.
Compensation :
Selected candidates will be on training for a period of one year and will be paid a consolidated stipend of Rs.17,500/- per month. After successful completion of training they will be considered for a placement in Officers Grade `A’ with a probationary period of 12 months on a pay scale of Rs.12,000 - Rs.17,500 ( Under revision) .
General
1. Salary and benefits will be similar to that prevailing in the petroleum industry in the Public Sector.
2. Reservation of post will be as per norms of Govt. of India rule. SC/ST/OBC (Non Creamy Layer) / PH candidates should enclose Caste/Tribe etc. Certificate issued by the Competent Authority in the format prescribed by the Govt. of India.
3. Personnel working in the PSUs/Government Organisations should apply through proper channel.
4. Candidates called for interview for the post of Dy. General Manager (Finance) will be reimbursed economy class return air fare. Other candidates called for interview will be reimbursed 2 nd AC return rail/bus fare by the shortest route on production of proof of travel. In case of Management Trainee, if called for written test, only SC/ST candidates will be reimbursed 2 nd class (Sleeper Class) return rail/bus fare by the shortest route on production of proof of travel.
