Position Summary:
The incumbent will be responsible for managing the eSourcing Support for Emptoris handling Operational & Technical support for the Procurement process on Emptoris

Principal Accountabilities :
- Seamlessly transition the eSourcing Helpdesk support on Emptoris process to Company's location
- Update / create Standard operating procedures and process maps
- Successfully run the Pilot and put the processes in Production
- Insure all activities are compliant with the client's policies and procedures
- Gain purchase-to-pay process and tools experience
- Offer analytical insights along with data skills and expertise with technology
- Share learning’s of events with Program Manager and counterparts within the e-Sourcing community at Client's place
- Help Program Manager drive continuous improvement initiatives using 6-sigma and lean
- Build on existing knowledge of external best practices

Operational Support :
- Work directly with strategic sourcing team under the expert supervision of the manager
- Be proactive & persuasive to effectively promote usage of the e-Sourcing tools
- Handle Supplier & User Training on functionality of the emptoris tool remotely
- Handle the events – create, data imports, smart data library, monitor and assist in managing the queries
- Prepare reports required for the completed events for the Program Manager for review & circulation
- Assist in user - built events as requested and help end-user fulfill quality assurance responsibility

Technical Support :
- Handle User registration and maintenance
- Support Supplier registration process (Searching and seeking approvals, creating users and passwords, inviting users for events)
- Be able to pull the reports as per business needs.
- Understand the limitations and complete functionalities of the software.
- Helpdesk Support - Collect, record systems/ operational issues, maintain log on helpdesk queries (Issue resolution and escalation to Emptoris Helpdesks)
- Develop/ Maintain Templates & Data library in collaboration with Program Manager
- Assist in performing updates to Emptoris systems, user testing and highlight issues related to bugs

Profile :
- 2 - 3 Years of work experience preferably in e-Sourcing or e-procurement platforms
- Super user for Emptoris and who understands the functionalities software can provide
- Exposure to one or two procurement implementations
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Strong customer centric focus, relationship management with key stakeholders, persuasive, proactive and can do attitude a must
- Good Command over English
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word/Excel/Powerpoint/Access)

Qualifications :
Graduate in Computer Engineering or MCA or IT background
