Job Description:
Requirement Management:
Understand/gathers project requirements from the customer
Possesses knowledge & work experience of estimation techniques

Design Skills
Understands the architecture of the project system and create a technical environment
Develops and reviews technical/functional design documents (LLD and HLD)
Should have worked on various Design Patterns like Singleton pattern, factory patterns

Development
Should have worked extensively on SOA architecture
Develops/contributes to the coding standards identifying reusable artifacts
Should be hands on ASP.Net, ADO.Net
Should be hands on .Net 3.0 /3.5 framework
Should be competent in WCF & Webservices
Should have used nUnit and VSTS in recent projects; performs unit testing and conducts peer code reviews

Work Management
Ability to independently estimate project level efforts and schedules (Tier 2 projects)
Owns responsibility and manages deliverables for at least two projects at any given point of time with two small teams
Ability to do root cause analysis and improve turnaround time
Remains on top of the project capturing all matrices defined, tracking for any deviations and applying corrective actions
Proactively identify risks associated to the project and come up with workable solutions
Ability to assist in defining SOW’s

Brief Overview of Dissertation :
The study has been limited to determining the satisfaction level regarding the Diagnostic unit. An effort was made to determine the satisfaction level of patient’s relatives or friends visiting the hospital
The purpose of this survey was to get feedback from patients, relative or friends regarding services provided by the diagnostic unit of the hospital. After analyzing the suggestions given by them, which can be helpful for the betterment of the service by the surgery department of the hospital, will find out to the concerned authority for necessary action.
Objectives of the Study
1)To study the process map of biochemistry lab for out patient services
2) To detect the problem areas, which are causing dissatisfaction to the patient
3) To identify root causes for the problem areas
4) To recommend solution for the root causes
5) To implement some of the solution thus identified
Project Title : A study on implementation of HIS at ESI hospital Hyderabad.
Brief Overview of Project :
Healthcare is estimated to be one of the key industries fuelling the software industry growth over the next five years. Healthcare industry would be spending more than 5 billion on software products each year. Small to midsize companies have shown relative success in niche markets catering to a single or a small number of application modules. However with mergers, acquisitions and alliances in the HIS industry, the coming years will see an increasing trend of larger companies dominating smaller companies in order to emphasize the benefits of one stop shopping.
ESI Act :
The promulgation of Employees‘ State Insurance Act, 1948 envisaged an integrated need based social insurance scheme that would protect the interest of workers in contingencies such as sickness, maternity, temporary or permanent physical disablement, and death due to employment injury resulting in loss of wages or earning capacity. The Act also guarantees reasonably good medical care to workers and their immediate dependants.
Following the promulgation of the ESI Act the Central Govt. set up the ESI Corporation to administer the Scheme. The Scheme thereafter was first implemented at Kanpur and Delhi on 24th February 1952. The Act further absolved the employers of their obligations under the Maternity Benefit Act, 1961 and Workmen‘s Compensation Act 1923. The benefit provided to the employees under the Act is also in conformity with ILO conventions.
