Job Title: Sr. Executive Sales/Customer Support
Department: Sales/Marketing
Reports To: Manager Business Development, India
Location: Mumbai (or West Zone), India
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
The Sr. Executive Sales/Customer Support will be a key person is generating customer leads and supporting in post customer acquisition activities. He/She understands the customers problem and opportunities in the context customer acquisition. He/She recommends solutions that enable customer and the organization to achieve its goals.
Specific responsibilities include:
The person will be responsible for assisting Manager in marketing and support department.
Extend market Support to sales teams to build sales volumes and meet sales targets.
Development of proposals, agreements and pitches for clients.
Sales and Marketing business performance reporting.
Establish and maintain marketing database and inventory control of marketing information.
Support business development opportunities with preparatory research & follow-up.
Prospecting / Research / Lead generation.
Invoicing & following up for payments / collection etc with the clients.
Interaction / co-ordination with other departments for the flow of information required by the marketing/ support department.
Maintaining a database of proposals and also relevant market data
Preparing vouchers and bills for senior members of the Sales & Marketing team.
Organizing conferences between clients and concerned employees, if needed for any clarification.
The job involves travelling to client locations across India to provide client support activity.
Ready to wear multiple hat as organization grows in India.
Ability to work in fast paced environment.
Provide an excellent customer service after customer acquisition.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills creative, practical, thorough.
Exercises sound judgment in communications.
Takes direction well; can work independently in most situations.
Consistently professional, reliable and objective.
Should be able to handle work pressure.
Good co-ordination and interpersonal skills.
Prior experience in educational industry a plus.
