Skills & Knowledge Required (MUST) :

- Excellent Communication, Managerial capabilities and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to draft and propose strategic sales plan to increase company revenue.
- Ability to indentify business prospects, understand business requirements and provide service to meet clients requirements.
- Ability to draft proposals, product and services price quotes independently. Exposure to RFI, RFP and RFQ’s.
- Ability to give sales presentations to C-level executive about our service offerings over conference calls.
- Exposure to complete sales cycle and ability to close sales independently.
- Excellent convincing power with ability to up-sell and sign big (Fortune 500) client for retainer-ship program.
- Should have decent understanding of web technologies like web development, web design, e-marketing, social media and SEO.
- Basic technical literacy : comfortable with the computer, but also with a broad range of high tech terminology
- Some sense of private companies, Silicon Valley, entrepreneurialism and developments within high technology.

Job Description :

Description : “Our Client” is reinventing marketing services with a unique model that has already won clients like IBM, Cisco, Oracle, Seagate and a large number of venture-backed Silicon Valley companies.
They are looking add to their sales team in India. The job involves working in sync with the US sales team to close deals with warm prospects CXO’s (typically a high-level marketing executive). They have an experienced inside sales team (US) and an exciting e-marketing program that will help with the lead generation. The value proposition is very strong.

Some of the KRA’s
1) Responsible for selling Internet services(SEO/SEM)
2) Understand business targets from Account growth and large client’s business channel perspective.
3) Make the introduction call to NEW & EXISTING accounts. The candidate would also be responsible for delivering corporate presentation to NEW qualified business prospects, understanding client’s requirements and our scope of work, preparing proposals and drafting quotes & estimates.
4) The candidate would be responsible for nurturing and developing business contacts remotely from India through a WebEx conference.
5) Would work as an independent sales person responsible for generating business in the US market. The report directly to the Director (Direct Marketing Services) based in Noida office.

Shift – time : 9pm to 6am (Night Shift)
Remuneration and Perks :

- CTC : Negotiable (As per current CTC)
- Plus - Other perks and benefits- like Health & Accidental Insurance.
- Company conveyance – pick and drop facility.
- Company paid Dinner.
- 5 days working.(Saturday’s and Sunday’s fixed off)
