Responsibility held :
As a Project Manager, I am responsible of Construction supervision & execution of 700 mt long Voided Box Girder flyover with approach road and Reinforced Earth-wall. Organizing the execution Team as well as indenting for requisite basic construction material like cement, steel, shuttering materials, bitumen, aggregate, etc adhering to fulfillment of the approval work programme. Closely monitor on checking of alignment of road, detail survey, construction of Embankment, Sub-grade, GSB, WMM, and DBM, BC along with construction of Flyovers etc. Also Monitoring on the Quality Control Department engineers for checking the quality of materials, gradation, field dry density, thickness of layers and preparation of various kinds of reports and construction supervision manual.

Responsibility held :
As a Manager Highway in NH2 4/6-Laning Project, the basic responsibilities involves over Execution, responsible for Construction Supervision and contract administration including conducting day to day laboratory and field tests, fixing of TBMs and alignment of road. Carrying out cross sectional survey and plotting of longitudinal and cross sectional sheets. I was responsible for construction of Earthwork, Subgrade, Subbase, GSB, WMM, and DBM, BC, DLC, PQC, Retaining Wall,Reinforced Earth Wall etc. Responsible for construction of back-filling of Minor Bridges and Culverts, trimming of side slopes of embankments, providing rough stone dry packing to embankments. Responsible for preparation of various kinds of reports and construction methodologies etc. This project was administered on FIDIC conditions of the contract.
