    Preparing, checking and release of Auto-cad drawings for engine components considering geometrical deviations and manufacturing tolerances. Guiding subordinates to prepare models and manufacturing drawings.Preparing inspection check sheet of engine components for critical dimensions.

    Intake system design for low intake noise.
    Crank case L.H., crank case R.H., cover L.H., cover transmission, complete packaging of exhaust silencer, trailing arm R.H. for second shocker mounting.
    Complete layout and final design of exhaust system in 3D.
    NC path generation for sheet metal dies of RAM plate, trailing arm, exhaust system components etc.

    Tool Design :
    Preparing layout, detail design & detail drawings of fixture components keeping in mind design for manufacturing.
    Design, check, release of machining drawing of fixtures for HMC and VMC for engine components like cylinder head, block, crank case, covers etc.
    Design, check and release of leakage testing fixtures for various aluminium components of engine with logic development for minimum cycle time.
    Standardization of fixture components.
    Welding fixture design. Relation gauge design.
    NC path generation for welding fixture components and light duty press tools.
