Job Description:
Finance Manager is responsible for the accounting & finance functions viz., day to day accounting, taxations, MIS including budget preparation, cost management and performance.
Dedicated & sincere team leader to supervise the daily accounting functions viz. sales accounting, cash accounting and expenses accounting.
MIS functions, monthly, quarterly & yearly and Reporting functions
To have expert knowledge and understanding of the taxation viz. VAT, Sales Tax, Income Tax, Excise and other applicable taxation laws.
To be able to prepare the monthly, quarterly & yearly final accounts of the company.
To help the outlet Manager in preparing monthly MIS, P&L A/c of the store.
To co-ordinate with internal auditors & statutory auditors
To introduce the best cost control methods.
To co-ordinate with other department heads.
To co-ordinate with our bankers

Desired Candidate Profile:
Finance Manager is required to be target oriented and is required to plan, execute and analyze the functions properly.
Finance Manager should have knowledge and experience to co-ordinate & control the accounting & financial functions.
Chartered Accountant / MBA Finance with 5-6 years of experience in above mentioned area of work in retail chains preferably ready to eat food industry or bakery and Confectionery Company in similar position.
The candidate should have good working knowledge and understanding of the company. Good Computer knowledge essential (particularly Windows Excel Access, Power Point and Word) with practical work experience of BaaN / SAP etc.
