RITES Ltd., a premier consultancy organization proposes to recruit suitable finance personnel in the following posts/grades. The selected candidates are liable to be posted any where in India. The number of vacancies is tentative and likely to vary. Reservation and relaxation in qualification and age to SC/ST/OBC candidates and Physically handicapped persons etc. would be as per Government orders. Ex-Serviceman shall be eligible for age relaxation as per Central Govt. guideline on the subject.

Educational Qualification: Graduate with professional qualification of CA/ICWA
Experience:
Dy. General Manager –Should have minimum 11 years of post qualification experience, out of which at least 02 years in the grade of Rs. 24900-50500(IDA) or equivalent pay band of CDA ( with Grade pay Rs. 6600) in the field of Construction Management, Corporate Accounts, Treasury, Risk Management, Contractual payments, Establishment, costing, Provident Fund, taxation, Internal Audit etc.. In case of candidates from private industry the applicants should have completed minimum 11 years of post qualification relevant service apart from comparable CTC.
Manager – Should have minimum 7 years of post qualification experience, out of which, at least 02 years in the grade of Rs. 20600-46500(IDA) or equivalent pay band of CDA (with Grade Pay Rs. 5400) in the field of Construction Management, Corporate Accounts, Treasury, Risk Management, Contractual payments, Establishment, costing, Provident Fund, taxation, Internal Audit etc.. In case of candidates from private industry the applicants should have completed minimum 07 years of relevant service apart from comparable CTC.
Asstt. Manager – Should have minimum 3 years of post qualification experience out of which, at least 02 years in the grade of Rs. 16400-40500(IDA) or equivalent pay band of CDA (with Grade Pay Rs. 4200) in accounts, taxation, banking, Investments, financial Management, Project Costing, Contractor and third party payments. In case of candidates from private industry the applicants should have completed minimum 03 years of relevant service apart from comparable CTC.
Jr. Managers- Fresh qualified candidates can apply. Experience preferable.
Only industry/Commercial establishments / Govt. experience shall be considered in post qualification experience. Experience upto 1 year and age to extent of relevant experience in excess of the experience prescribed (subject to a maximum of 5 years) can be relaxed in case of candidates having very suitable experience relevant to working of RITES.
Candidates presently employed in other government departments/ PSUs etc are also eligible to apply through proper channel on deputation terms / permanent absorption basis against any of the above posts subject to their meeting the above criteria.
Candidates shortlisted for Jr.Manager may be required to clear a written test before appearing in the final interview, comprising of 60% and 40% respectively. Candidates shortlisted for DGM/Manager/AM would be subjected to GD and Interview consisting of:
DGM - GD-50% Interview – 50%
Manager - GD-40% Interview – 60%
AM - GD-30% Interview – 70%
Candidates may answer the questions either in Hindi or in English at the time of Interview.
