JOB DESCRIPTION
* Well experienced in Instrumentation and Telecom discipline using software like INTOOLS etc.
* Review and approval of Design drawings/documents/materials & purchase requisitions/technical Bid analysis.
* Review & approval of design calculations.
* Review/Preparation of man hour estimates.
* Review/Preparation of drawing/document schedule.
* Quality assurance.
* Coordination with other departments/Projects/Supplier/Customer.
* Development/Up gradation of Technical specifications/Standard
* Should be able to lead and guide the team on all technical and Non technical aspects.
* Well experienced in preparing : Instrument Specifications and Philosophy, DCS, SSDS, FGS specification and design, Instrument Index, Instrument Datasheets, Instrument Hook-up and loop drawings, Instrument set-point schedule, Instrument Hard wired I/O schedule, Junction Box schedule, Junction Box wiring diagram, DCS/IPS Termination diagram, Process control philosophy, Cable Schedule, Instrument Block Diagram, Hazardous Area Classification Drawings, Sizing of CV, PSV, ORIFICES etc., Telecom design, Telecom Overall configuration, etc., Others such layouts, loop diagrams, etc. and Procurement assistance.
