The Bangalore delivery centre has been supporting technology for ANZ for over 16 years across 40 countries and currently caters to over 40% of ANZ's technology requirements across various divisions of business.
The Network Doc Prep team prepares Mortgage Security documents for customers applying for Loans through ANZ Branches across Australia and involves checking of information and preparing Mortgage security and other ancillary documents. As Analyst, you will contribute to the achievement of departmental objectives, SLAs and productivity targets, processing items/events with timeliness and accuracy while meeting or exceed productivity and quality assurance standards. You will ensure all research and investigation is accurately recorded and cases are processed in compliance with current policies, guidelines and legislation. You will be required to gain an understanding of customer queries/concerns and researching customer requests by gathering all relevant information/data. Additionally, you will perform administrative functions following research, investigation and assessments ensuring all duties are carried out efficiently in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications
Essential Experience:
You are expected to have prior experience in an office administration role with a passion for numbers and an aptitude for acquiring detailed facts. Strong communication skills with the ability to work to deadlines are a must. Though not mandatory, a Bachelors or Post graduate degree adds value to your application for this post.
