UPPER AGE LIMIT AS ON 01.01.2009:
1) 18 - 25 years for posts mentioned at Sr. No. 2, 3, & 4.
2) 21 – 30 years for posts mentioned at Sr. No. 1

APPLICATION FEE:
A fee of Rs. 100/- for General & OBC Category and Rs. 25/- for SC candidates, as non-refundable, in the shape of demand draft payable at Chandigarh drawn in favour of Director Principal, Govt. Medical College & Hospital, Chandigarh. Physically handicapped persons are exempted from Application fee.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS:
i) The number of posts are tentative and can increase or decrease. The department reserves the right to reject/cancel any application or withdraw the posts at any time, without assigning any reasons or without any notice whatsoever.
ii) The persons, who have earlier worked in this institute and their services, were dispensed with on account of misconduct or
otherwise by this institute, are not eligible to apply against these posts.
iii) The application in the placed below proforma alongwith self attested copies of certificates/ degree/ proof of date of birth, educational qualification, caste and testimonials and latest passport size self attested photograph duly pasted, should reach the office of the
Director Principal

on or before 08.01.2010 by 5.00 PM.
iv) The application received after the due date/time, by whatever mode, will not be entertained. Application not received in prescribed
proforma or not accompanied by the requisite self attested copies of certificate/degree/proof of date of birth/caste certificate/selfattested
photograph duly pasted or incomplete applications or unsigned application etc. will be rejected straightway. “Repeated rejected straightway”.
v) Government Servants may apply though proper channel. Their advanced applications will be considered only if received
through the respective Heads of the Departments with No Objection Certificates as well as Departmental/Vigilance clearance report within the prescribed period otherwise the same will be rejected straightway.
vi) Physical handicapped certificate will be accepted only issued by Govt. Hospital/Medical Board.
