Job Description:
As a DNA Team member of MindsDirect you would be responsible to recruit, develop and lead a team of HR professionals to meet the organization goals.
You need to be well versed with the following areas of HR in order to support our clients based on their requirements, such as recruitment and selection, induction- joining formalities, training and development, policies and procedures, performance management system, performance enhancement system, performance appraisal, attrition management, retention tool kit, compensation and benefits planning, competency mapping, skill audit, statutory compliance, labor laws, separation formalities, vendor evaluation and management etc.
We will make you expertise in all the areas of HR, with your promise to stay with us for least 2 years.
Desired candidate profile:
Post Graduate in Human resource specialization or Equivalent Qualification to be a part of the DNA Team of our company, as we have planned to expand and grow to a team size of 1000 employees by the end of year 2013.
Candidate needs to be a self motivated, creative, and an enthusiastic individual with excellent written and oral communication skills, interpersonal skills, and analytical skills.
Details of training program:
The training is designed as mentioned below:
Duration Training Location
1-4 Months Interactive Learning Office Premises
5-8 Months Implementation Client Premises
8-12 Months Project Management Client Premises
Note: Based on the interview and written test results we would sponsor 75% to 100% of your training cost for a one year extensive practical training on HR Operations.

1. Personal Interview
2. Written Test
3. HR Interview
4. Final Round
Pre-requisite Conditions for Employment:
• Willing to sign a training agreement for 2 years
• Willing to travel anywhere in India and across the globe, on client assignments
