Review : Submitted a dissertation to University of Delhi on the topic “EMPLOYEE MEALS IN AN INDUSTRIAL UNIT-a study”, conducted at Maruti Suzuki India Ltd, Gurgaon (2009-10)
It aim of the study was studying
- The nutritional adequacy of the meals served at industrial canteens
- The contribution of employee meals to total RDA
- The hygiene and sanitation practices followed in the premises
- Developed a recipe booklet of newly developed healthy recipes in accordance with the bulk production
- Demonstration of the recipes in the canteen premises,
- Training the personnel’s for different good practices.
SEMINAR PRESENTATION
Topic : ‘IMPACT OF NUTRITION ON COGNITIVE DEVELOPMENT OF CHILDREN’
