Candidate should have knowledge of HR functions like maintaining harmonious relations within the factory for ensuring smooth operations and discipline , to ensure the training of the factory personnel and ensuring adherence to policies and procedure, should have knowledge of PF/ESI , labour law and have excellent Program Management Skills and resource management capabilities.

Qualification : Diploma in HR/ MBA - HR preferred
