HNG Group a progressive multilocational Glass Containers Manufacturers in India having a current turnover of over Rs.1000 Crore is planning to set up a Greenfield Float Glass plant at an investment of Rs.550 Crore in Western India. The Project Team will have the responsibility of successfully implementing the project within the cost and time frame and thereafter handle operation. Compensation for all the above positions will be commensurate with the qualification and experience of the candidate and will broadly be in line with the industry standards.

1. Head Project Engineering - H001
Candidate should be B. Tech/M. Tech with minimum 15 to 20 years experience in handling large size project like in Cement, Steel and Glass Industry. He should be able to guide team of qualified engineers with different disciplines and must be well versed with modern techniques of project planning, monitoring and implementation.

2. General Manager (Hot-end) - H002
Should be B.Tech/M. Tech in Ceramic Engineering with 12 to 15 years relevant experience in erection, commissioning , maintenance and operation of hot-end equipment of any glass plant.

3. General Manager (Marketing) - H003
Should be Graduate/MBA with specialization in Marketing Management. Should have minimum 12- 15 years experience of hard core Marketing of consumer durables of which at least 5-7 years in products to Construction Industries. Experience in Dealer Sales & Institutional sales will be of advantage.

4. Dy. General Manager (Cold-end) - H004
Should be BE (Mechanical/Electrical) witth minimum 12/15 years Industrial Exprerience out of which minimum 5 years should be in handling cold-end and logistics management in a medium size glass plant.

5. AGM (Civil) - H005
Should be BE (Civil)/M.Tech in Structural Engineering. Should have 15 to 20 years experience in handling Industrial Project preferably Glass, Metallurgical, Cement or Refinery. Candidate should have experience in designing, planning, estimating, tendering, inspection in a large Greenfield Project execution.

6. SR. Manager. (Procurement Local and Import) - H006
Should be Postgraduate in Materials Management. Should have at least 8 to 12 years relevant experience in import of capital goods and customs clearance. Fair knowledge of the Local/International laws, Logistics & Insurance etc.

7. Senior Engineer (Design & Drawing)Department) - H007
Should be BE(Mechanical/Electrical) with 10 to 12 years experience in Project Engineering. Must have exposure to handling engineering and large continuous process industrial projects.

8. Sr. Engineer ( Electrical & Electronics) - H008
Should be B. Tech in Electrical/Electronics. Should have 8 to 12 years experience in installation and maintenance of process control and automation hardware and software in a large continuous process plant. Experience with Siemens Automation systems will be of advantage.
