Project Coordination and MIS :-
Follow up with the contractors and vendors for submission of schedule of different activities of the project. Coordinate and Prepare regular MIS to communicate project progress to management .Attend daily, weekly meetings to coordinate with the different internal and external teams for quick resolution of the snag ,Identify additional items, analyse their financial impact, assist in taking appropriate management approvals and facilitating the vendor selection for activity completion
Estimation and Billing :-
Study of drawings, BOQ, specifications, Contract Documents ,IS codes ,SOP’s and advice for the changes, if any, as per site specific conditions/ease of operations/construction related issues. Verifying and compiling joint measurement sheet submitted by the departmental heads, processing the same and following up with billing/ accounts for the timely release of the payments. Providing inputs to engineering team/consultants for design, drawings, BOQ, sources of materials and their prevailing rates for the infrastructure development. Follow up for creation of the WBS, submission of vendor bills and budget/ contracts upload in SAP. Evaluating asset wise costing for asset capitalization and forwarding the same to planning /billing for inclusion in MIS etc.Advising closure of the PO’s after completion of the work and timely billing . Project Budget Compliance/ Cost Saving and Value
Engineering :-Constantly evaluating alternate designs, methods, procedures and materials etc. & establish mechanism for in time and cost with-out compromising on the quality, Monitor the activity wise expenses, and adhere to the budgets approved by the company. Evaluate Phase wise executed quantities, payment released and net budget utilization, Identifying the additional items, analyzing their financial impact, taking appropriate management approvals and facilitating the vendor selection for activity completion, Assisting in Budgeting, Cost Planning and coordination with other Business Teams for providing timely inputs for internal project compliance documentation. Providing “AS BUILT” drawings to the consultant/design teams for incorporating the approved final changes and uploading in database, Coordination and Closure of Bills:-Follow up with the contractors and vendors for submission of the bills. Timely evaluation and certification of the executed quantities for running and final bills as per the contract/drawings/relevant IS codes & follow up with billing/accounts for timely release of payments. Advising closure of the Pos after completion of the work. Coordinate effectively with various internal & external agencies and channel partners for smooth execution of the project, Evaluating asset wise costing for asset capitalization and forwarding the same to planning /billing for inclusion in MIS etc.
Responsibilities :
