f) Estimation process for surviving work pressure.
g) What you can leverage from Open Source.
h) Technology platform choose a platform to work
1. J2EE Server side with Spring, WebServices , Hibernate and Oracle 10g
2. J2EE from end AJAX, Struts, WebServices.
3. Enterprise content management Documentum
4. Search Engine development Nutch.
