Job Description:
Primary Responsibility:
** Needs to design sheet metal structural components and large fabrications.
** Needs to review the designs (both models & Drawings) to meet the required quality standards.
** Should be creating new designs/ design modifications.
** Performs as user of Pro-E system. i.e. Pro-Sheet Metal(Must), Pro-Solid Modeling, Pro-Detailing, Pro-Assembly (Large Assembly Management).
** Sound knowledge of GD&T and its application

Technical Skills :
** Good basics on Mechanical Engineering principles, engineering calculations and fair knowledge on manufacturing processes.
** Strong knowledge in designing Sheet metal components, weld ments and Large fabrications.
** Should have a good knowledge of material standards and engineering practices
** Should be able communicate in English well both in written and spoken.
** Familiarity with automotive or agricultural equipments will be an added advantage.
** Should be aware of international engineering drawing scheme.
** Should be able to develop Design concepts
** Able to create sheet metal models/drawings in Pro-Engineer
** Should be able to work in team and support team, based on the organizational requirement.
** Should be able Participate in design reviews.
** Industrial experience will be an added advantage

- PROJECT :
1. Square and triangular wave generator (SE)
Abstract :-Voltage Controlled Oscillator is in Oscillator circuit in which the frequency of Oscillation can control by an externally applied voltage. Practically VCO will be used for generating the SQUARE & TRIANGULAR WAVE.

2. Temperature sensor (TE)
Abstract :- To sense the temperature we use LM34 (10mv/F) i.e. temperature sensor. LM34 is interfaced with ADC0808.ADC Convert analog output of LM34 into digital. This output given to 89C51RD2 which is microcontroller and for temperature display we use LCD.

3. Discrete Wavelet Transform Based Image Super-Resolution (BE)
Abstract :- In this project we combine multiple low resolution images and obtain one super resolved image. For this purpose we perform all the operation in wavelet domain.
Here we use the special Interpolation technique in which proper edges will be maintained. The coding of this project is done with the help of MATLAB 7.5.
