----Candidate Profile

• 2 to 5 years of experience in IT recruitment .
• Efficient in working confidently with a minimum of 4-5 different niche IT skills.
• Exposure to Headhunting/Networking must apart from portal based search.
• Prior experience of client interaction and team handling
• Self-starters with a track record of achieving targets and a serious interest in a recruitment career.
• Enjoys relationship building and networking
• Ability to multi-task; work under pressure; meet deadlines

2.) Recruitment Consultant - IT

• 6 months to 2 years of recruitment / sales experience and interest in IT recruitment

3.) Recruitment Consultant -Non IT

4.) Research Analyst

----Location: Kolkata

----Job Role:

• Conducting research on the various IT & non IT sectors with respect to their Manpower needs, study of the potential sources of obtaining skilled professionals, preparing database & other related processes
• Creating & maintaining the above research & analysis report in a structured format and sharing the information with the team members as & when required

----Candidate Profile:

• Graduate in any stream with good academic results
• Research oriented person.
• Good industry knowledge
• Sectorial knowledge in any of the verticals like IT, Pharma / Biotech, Media, Retail, Manufacturing, Banking / Finance / Insurance, Sales would be preferred.

5.) Process Management Associate

----Location: Kolkata

----Job Role:

• Uploading of profiles in the respective client's site
• Scheduling of candidates for the interview over the phone and through mails
• Relationship building with the candidates over phone
• Taking feedback of the candidates over the phone and updating internal database / MIS
  

----Candidate Profile:

• Fresh Graduate / Post Graduate
• Candidates should be computer savvy
• Good communication & relationship building skil

6.) Relationship Managers
