Objective :
The main objective of our project is to lock / unlock the vehicle by using password without using key.
Project Description :
At first Micro controller is set with password.
Micro controller is connected to two relays.
Relay-1 is used for ignition; the wire is connected to ignition part of vehicle.
Relay-2 is used for side lock and fuel lock; the wire is connected to side lock motor and solenoid valve. Generally solenoid valve is closed type.
If we entered the password through keypad, Micro controller compares the password and activates the relays. If the password is correct, relay-1 operates the vehicle ignition and relay-2 will operates the side lock mechanism and operates the solenoid valve for fuel flow, then we can start the vehicle.
Micro controller coupled with buzzer, if entered password is incorrect the micro controller activates the buzzer a continuous alarm will be produced.
Keypad is too provided with additional switches, i.e. * key and # key.
* Key is used for entering of password and # key is secrete key which is placed in anywhere at vehicle. It is used for changing the password.
Additional features :
This project provided with an additional features HOLD-ON button, the function of the key is temporarily OFF the vehicle for few minutes. It is used to start the vehicle without entering the password. Generally this button is used at traffic conditions.
