- Keep informing the Training Scheduled and clearing all the queries to the candidate about Training Programs.
- Involving in all Phase of Training and getting Feedback from the candidates for the further improvement of the Training Programs.
Phase 4 : Administration
- Maintain Employee data base
- Maintain HR MIS Reports
- Maintain Leave and Attendance records
- Maintain Employee Appraisal Records
- Maintain Payroll reports
- Meeting clients in person for all official related matters.
- Periodically get in touch with the client/Authority, getting feedback about our Service/Operations.
- Updating the office stationary status.
- Follow up the payment from the clients.
