    Job Description:
    ** Interact with advertising agencies to ensure timely delivery of all marketing collaterals (ads, leaflets, banners, etc.)
    ** Consumer research.
    ** Mystery shopping and periodic qualitative research, Interact with the customers and store managers to understand the effectiveness of promotions and marketing initiatives Budgeting and managing of resources on monthly basis marketing
    ** Experience of ATL & BTL activities (ATL –Above the line / BTL – Below the Line)
    ** Cross Selling/ Up selling
    ** Conceive of marketing strategies to help promote and drive traffic to stores.
    ** Coordinate in-store events and promotions, both short and long terms.
    ** Communicated with store managers with clear objectives and strategies.
    ** Manage consumer loyalty program.
    ** Plan and implement ad hoc projects.
    ** Analyzing consumer behavior and mapping market preferences & trends.

    Desired Candidate Profile:
    ** PG in Advertising/MBA(Marketing) from a reputed institution.
    ** Should have 8-10 yrs. Relevant experience preferably in FASHION / SPORTS /FMCG/Garments/ RETAIL MARKETING
