Role : To guarantee Successful achievement of Retail Sales and Gross Margin targets in a territory. The SE-R achieves this by implementing the area sales strategy which should include plans for increasing reach, advocacy and key product sales. Ensures key processes are embedded and that the Distributor Sales team possesses superior capability. Will be the First Person Responsible for distributors’ sales teams’ (DSR, SO, FMR) market working.
Retail business in the assigned territory. Does not include acquisition of accounts such as Bike Points, CCC, Pitstops etc. specifically assigned to other teams. However it includes routine servicing to such accounts including CASAs.

• Implement the Area Retail Sales Strategy. (Should impact – Reach, Advocacy, Key product Sales)
• Increase market reach.
• Grow the number of 5, 4, 3 Star Dealers.
• Implement key marketing programs & ensure quality activation @ Dealers
• Develop and enthuse distributor sales team. (DB, DSR, SO, FMR)
• Track Competition and develop in-depth regional market intelligence and suggest action plans.
Essential criteria & qualifications
Experience: 5-6 years of retail sales work experience and ability to handle medium / large size distributors ( 6 - 20 Crores p.a ) & Distributor sales team management skills is essential. Exposure to category involving influencer handling & rural business is desirable.
Education: Graduation in any discipline (Preferred BE/B.Tech )
MBA would be an added advantage - not mandatory
Preferred Companies: FMCGs - Marico , Colgate Palmolive & Cadbury, Paints - Asian Paints , ICI , Lubes - Shell & elf & Tyres - Goodyear,MRF, Apollo etc & Agri Marketing companies.
Languages: English , Hindi, Marathi
