FACULTY POSITIONS IN MANAGEMENT DISCIPLINE
ICCMRT, sponsored by Govt. of U.P. is a premier Management institute. It
conducts MBA Programme, approved by AICTE and affiliated to U.P.Technical University, Lucknow. Its core activities include Management & Computer Education, Training & Development, Research & Consultancy.
Applications are invited for appointment on contractual basis in the following subject the following positions on fixed salary of Rs. 15000/- p.m. for Assistant Professor and Rs. 20,000/- p.m. for Associate Professor.

Assistant Professor (8 Posts)

Qualification: .
A) Associate Professor Ph.D degree or a fellowship of IIMs, ICA or ICWA or other institutions recognized by AICTE, with First Class Master’s
degree in Business Management/ Administration/ other relevant management related discipline/ PGDBM/ PGDM programmes (minimum2 years duration) recognized by AICTE/MHRD/UGC and declared equivalent to MBA by AICTE/AIU with 2 years experience in Teaching/industry/
Research/ Profession.

First Class Master’s degree in Business Management/Administration/ other relevant management related discipline/ PGDBM/ PGDM programmes (minimum 2 years duration) recognized by AICTE/MHRD/UGC and
declared equivalent to MBA by AICTE/AIU with 5 years experience in Teaching/ Industry/Research/Profession. In case of regular appointment such candidates will be required to obtain Ph.D degree or a fellowship of IIMs, ICA or ICWA or any AICTE approved institution within a period of 7 years from the date of appointment as Assistant Professor failing
which the increments will be stopped until same degree is earned.
First Class Master’s degree in Business Management/Administration/ other relevant management related discipline/ PGDBM/ PGDM programmes (minimum 2 years duration) recognized by AICTE/MHRD/UGC and
declared equivalent to MBA by AICTE/AIU AND Professional work which is significant and can be recognized at national/ international level as equivalent to Ph.D degree and with 2 years managerial experience in Industry/ Profession would also be eligible.

B) Assistant Professor First Class Master’s degree in Business Management/Administration/ other relevant management related discipline/ PGDBM/ PGDM programmes (minimum2 years duration) recognized by AICTE/MHRD/UGC and declared equivalent to MBA by AICTE/AIU
Reservation: The post of Associate Professor is reserved for OBC Four Posts of Assistant Professor are unreserved and two each are reserved for OBC and SC/ST
Age: Minimum 21 Years Max. 35 years as on 1-7-2009
(relaxation in age as per Government Order)
