    RECRUITMENT OF ASSISTANT MANAGER/ HRM- Advt No.08/2009

    IRCON INTERNATIONAL LIMITED is a premier schedule “A” infrastructure Public Sector Enterprise under Ministry of Railways engaged in the construction of turnkey infrastructure projects in Railways, Highways, Buildings, Power sectors, etc. The Company has recorded a landmark turnover of more than Rs. 2787 crores in the year 2008-09. The company has successfully completed large value Railway Projects in India and abroad including Malaysia, Bangladesh, Algeria, Iraq, Syria, etc.

    The company invites applications for the following regular posts of Assistant Manager/ HRM for posting in any of its Projects/ Offices in India or abroad.

    Rs. 20600-46500 (IDA)

    1. Full time regular MBA or full time regular P.G. Diploma in HR/ IR & Personnel Management with minimum 60% marks from a recognized Govt. University/ Institute.
    2. Computer proficiency in having worked in MS Office, Knowledge of having worked in SAP or any ERP package will be preferred.
    Preference will be given to those candidates who have experience in having worked in project based organization

    Reservation of posts in the relevant category will be given to Ex-servicemen/ PH as per Government of India’s instructions.

    # Age relaxation will be admissible up to 10 years for PH candidates and 5 years for the candidates working in Government/ PSUs and for Ex-servicemen as per Govt of India instructions.

    Medical Standards: Candidates should be in sound health. No relaxation in health standards will be allowed.

    Selection Process: Written test and/ or Interview

    Compensation Package: Basic Pay, DA, HRA/Liberal Leased Accommodation, Liberal Medical including unlimited indoor medical benefits for self and dependants, Transport Assistance, LTC, Gratuity, EPF, Subsidized Loans, Performance Related Pay (PRP), Welfare Schemes as per rules of the Company. Leased accommodation can be availed any where in India irrespective of the place of posting.

    Application Processing Fees: Rs. 300/- for UR & OBC and Rs. 50/- for SC/ ST candidates. Physically Handicapped candidates and ex-servicemen are exempted from payment of Application processing fees. Fees should be paid by DD with a validity period of 6 months drawn in favour of “IRCON INTERNATIONAL LIMITED” payable at New Delhi.

    Cost to Company: Approx. Rs. 5.33 lakhs per annum at A-I class cities at minimum of pay scale.

    -: INSTRUCTIONS :-
    1.Application neatly typed on A-4 size paper in the prescribed format should be sent to General Manager/ HRM, IRCON INTERNATIONAL LIMITED, C-4, District Centre, Saket, New Delhi – 110 017 accompanied with the following documents :

    Matriculation Certificate (for age proof);
    Certificate of MBA/ PG Diploma in HR;
    Certificates of other professional qualifications, if any;
    Certificates in proof of experience clearly indicating the length and line of experience as per eligibility conditions, wherever applicable;
    Certificate for Computer proficiency;
    DD in original for Rs. 300/- .

    2.The number of posts indicated above may vary based on further assessment of requirement.

    3.IRCON also reserves the right to reject any application or cancel the candidature without assigning any reason thereof.

    4.Candidates working in Govt./ PSUs/Auto. Bodies should inform their employers in writing before applying for posts in IRCON. Such candidates will have to produce NOC from their employers at the time of interview.

    5.All information given in the application will be verified with original documents at the time of interview. If discrepancies are found, candidature will be cancelled.

    6.Application is liable to be rejected if it is not in the prescribed format, incomplete, unsigned or received in IRCON after the closing date. IRCON will not be responsible for loss of application in transit or postal delay. IRCON on discretion reserves the right to reject any application or cancel the candidature without assigning any reason thereof.
