what the hell is this job???? A person having 3-5 years experience is getting 240000 pa. ridiculous indeed. you people are exploiting technical analyst just because there are fewer jobs in this field. That is why no body work on this profile. You employers suck blood of employees. A technical analyst in US earn $60,000 per annum which is equal to around Rs 2400000 (taking 1$=Rs 40) which is ten times what you are giving in India. This is Unfair.
