BHEL country‟s premier organization and one of the NAVARATNA PSUs, provides world class products and services in power, transportation, transmission and Electronic Sector. BHEL has manufacturing Divisions, Power Sector Regional Centres, Service Centres, Regional Offices and a large number of Project Sites spread all over India and Abroad.
BHEL is on the lookout for Engineering Supervisors to be engaged on Fixed Tenure Basis for a maximum period of two years for Electronics Division at Bangalore or anywhere in India at their Project Sites.

- Power Plant Control, Monitoring and associated systems.

- Instrumentation and PLC systems.
- Power Electronics systems.
- SCADA systems/HVDC & Reactive power Management systems.

-Work experience in Project Management activities in a Large/ Medium sized organization dealing with Power/ Industrial Controls.

Remuneration:
The selected candidates will be paid an all inclusive monthly consolidated remuneration of Rs. 9800/- in the first year and Rs. 10500/- in the second year. Selected candidates will also be eligible for reimbursement of premium for Mediclaim policy upto Rs. 2 Lakhs for self and family.
Mode of selection: Selection will be through written test and /or an Interview.

“Contactless Load Measuring Meter For Power Line”.

Abstract : - The electrical instrument designed here is innovative. It is aimed to measure the current that is flowing through power line. The system is designed such that the meter doesn’t have any physical contact with line and it doesn’t have any probes. The instrument is designed as wireless and whenever it is brought near to a particular power line, the current flowing through it is displayed in digital. The main line current is measured with CT and its output is converted into digital, this data is fed to the controller. The output of controller is transmitted through RF module continuously. The meter designed with synchronized receiver decodes the data and it will be displayed through 7-segment CA display. The meter is designed as portable battery operated, thereby it can be carried to the concerned power line.
