Key Responsibilities :
- Controlling project activities & handling the complete project management cycle entailing requirement gathering to final execution of the same.
- Anchoring on-site pre-commissioning and commissioning activities of AC VFD’S and ensuring completion of assignments within time & cost parameters. Effective resource utilization to maximize the output.
- Communication of Third party systems with PLC.
- Responsible for approaching new customers, performing proof of concepts and marketing them.
- Managing smooth project transfer from Sales & Marketing to Engineering.
- Reviewing customer inputs for hardware and software design and detail engineering.
- Provided application support to OEM’S, End customers and giving training to customers and attending break down calls.
- Deftly involved in commissioning & testing the designed logics at the customer place & modified according to their requirements
- Preparing FDS (Functional Design Specification), HDM (Hardware Design Manual) and Detail Engineering documentation as per project scope and in compliance with System Design Standards.
- Preparing project specific guidelines, procedures, checklists, input and output log with evidence, query log, internal test reports, bill of material (BOM), I/O database designing of electric circuits and developing panel drives and also involved in developing programming logics to enable the same function.
