Material Receiving and Storage :
Performing receiving material inspection of coating and insulation consumable materials and recording the same.
Performing periodical inspection of coating materials in stock and ensure the temperature and humidity of the paint storage are within the range.
Verification of the coating system to be applied with the project specification.
Verifying the abrasive before every use to ensure the quality of it.
Making arrangements for necessary material verification and traceability, of painting/coating materials and availability of batch and test certificates.
Responsible for monitoring the stock activity of warehouse & ensuring the implementation of quality control regularly.
Blasting & Coating :
Assessing pre-blast and post blast condition of pipe prior to painting application and perform surface preparation inspection in according with the SSPC standards.

Blotter test-ensure of the quality of air for identification of moisture or oil contamination in compressed air.
Identification of moisture contamination on concrete structure with clear plastic sheet method.
Verification of surface preparation meeting the requirements by using profile check using profile gauge/testex replica tape.
Paint curing tests (MEK) cure of in organic zinc silicate as per specification.
Coordinating with client inspection as per the project specifications, standards, ITP and quality plan.
