The formulations facility complies with the world’s best manufacturing norms like USFDA,WHO,CGMP, MCC,MHRA and TGA among others and caters to the growing demand for exports of branded generic products. The USFDA and EU authorities have approved the Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) facility. Our Effluent Treatment Plant has furnished with MEE, R.O. plant, Decanter, etc. & we have Solar Pond facilities also. It is a large-scale industry employing more than 1500 employees. The plant has an Effluent Treatment plant with the capacity of 650 M3/Day. The company generates Solid Hazardous waste of different categories including Bio-Medical Waste, Spent solvents, etc. It is an ISO 900, EMS 14001 & OHSAS 18001 certified plant by ISOQAR Inc. Our Company has also bagged Four Star rating from British Safety Council in 2004. The company is covered under MAH category. Very large storage of Class A materials in the plant. Besides that company has a continuous distillation plant for solvents like Methanol, Toluene recovery.

Safety :
** Ensure implementation of Work permit ensuring safe work practices
** Daily and frequent plant round for people at safe work behavior.
** The site has Different types of audits and its schedules. The recommendations of the Auditors have been tracked in tracking sheets and follow up actions required to close the audit points.
** Organize for Safety testing of equipments as per Factory Act 1948.
** Identify unsafe actions & conditions and initiate the respective department and take corrective and preventive actions.
** Provide and ensure effective working for Fire fighting equipment, safety equipments, safety shower, Breathing apparatus, First aid boxes etc.
** Annual budget planning for PPE & forecasting need of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at hazardous operation.
** Ensure proper Installation, maintenance, refilling and testing of fire extinguishers.
** Periodical inspection and testing Fixed Fire Fighting installations & equipments.
** Coordinating and organizing various Medical examinations & ensure proper record keeping for Pre-employment & Periodical medical examinations.
** Specific examinations for persons working in Hazardous operations such as X-ray Chest, Pulmonary test, Skin-infectious check-up, Eye check up, Audiometric examinations.
** Establish & Implement procedures for biomedical waste disposals.
** Documentation for ISO 9000, ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001 and implementation of system cross the plants.
