Your Role : Senior Management / Middle Management
To be responsible for the overall integrated planning for the development of the long term plan for the Organization to achieve capacity targets visualized.
Develop the individual
• Pre Order Network for the Development Phase of the Project for activities prior to the Zero Date of the Project which is the key to Main Project take off in time .
• Overall Master Net work for each Project
• These networks development to be part of a process in which executing departments own the responsibilities for the plans
Monitoring and Control of the Projects to ensure completion of projects in time. To identify timely to Management the key areas of concern and ensure correct measures be taken.
Must analyze the different progress reports emanating from site, EPC Contractor and other departments to pick up the critical areas for ensuring the actions, advise on formats compliance, improvement etc., In the process of identification of progress & bottle necks - must be able to project through different techniques the highlights for early actions.
Carry out periodical audit of the Planning, scheduling and monitoring systems and make the systems tune to effective implementation.
Must lead /guide a team of Planning Engineers at different levels both at Head Office and site for effective Project implementation.
This being considered as a critical function in the organization, the organization considers this role as a service role making things happen for organization to realize the capacity targets it has visualized for itself over the time horizon.
