- “DESIGN AND FABRICATION OF AUTOMATIC SURFACE COATING MACHINE”.
Our project is to develop and the fabrication of an automatic surface coating machine. The machine coats the surface from the scanned image. The accuracy of this device will reduce or eliminate the rework of objects that have been coated incorrectly, Using lean and Six Sigma methods.
- Using the Lean manufacturing system materials scrap is reduced and maximum utilised.
- By using six sigma errors are eliminated in our project so accuracy of the product is increased.
MINIPROJECT
- “DESIGN OF AUTOMATIC WINDSHIELD WIPER AND AUTOMATIC POWER WINDOW USING HYDRAULIC SYSTEM”.
In which for the windshield wiper we have made an ideal design for optical sensing system, and built up algorithms for wiping modes based on the quantification of detected rainfalls in order to meet an operator's expectation for wiping rain, Once the optical sensor detects rain drops the controls trigger the windshield wipers to activate. And an automatic opening and closing device for a window which has a extend and retract telescopic cylinder for opening and closing the window.
