Job Description:
We are looking for a suitable candidate for coordination of our various activities. His/her primary responsibility will be to coordinate the various activities, programs of vocational trainings, field work. Making all necessary arrangements for effective and result-oriented completion of a project for community building activities for the empowerment of communities at the grass root level and networking with other organisations for bringing about a qualitative change in the society in favour of the poor, in accordance with and for the realization of the objectives of AROH Foundation.

Desired Candidate Profile:
The candidate must be capable of getting the following objectives of our organization as well as project compelition:
- Making the community development process, carried out by our organization based on social-scientific analysis of the situation, action plans for appropriate intervention for needed change, systematic implementation of the plans, documentation of the entire process of success or failure supported by concrete case studies.
- He/she must have good understanding on issues of urban/rural poor and other marginalized groups.
- Responsible for student enrollment in our vocational training programme for 100% capacity utilization of the centre.
- Monitoring faculty and student performance
- He /she must be able to interact and communicate with various stakeholders like funding agencies, Government officials at district level, Panchayat Leaders, academia and the community.
- Good knowledge in computer operation (MS-Office) & DTP
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to lead the project activities
- Strong analytical skills & Excellent coordination and motivation skills
