Job Description:
Incremental portfolio growth thru managed customer retention and acquisition.
Achieve set financial objectives vis-à-vis budgets and targets.
Identifying opportunity and create strategy to achieve the same
Implement marketing programs
Contribution to Route Development and Vertical marketing
Responsible for generating leads, motivate teams to achieve targets and help close sales
Should be responsible for increasing business and achieving sales targets.
Competent to handle RFQs and complicated inquiries
Identifying customer Requirements and suggest appropriate solutions to the client
Should be competent to be able to develop and manage relationships with senior people in customer’s organization
An over-achiever with an entrepreneurship bent in mind
Securing and growing base business at major key accounts
Meet the revenue targets on a monthly basis.
Daily meeting with sales team for days plan and discuss previous day field visit
Weekly / Monthly meetings with Marketing to present sales figures and course of action for monthly targets
Adhere to sales process guidelines.
Sustain existing active no. of trading customers.
Acquire targeted no. of new customers.
Achieve targeted revenue per customer for the territory.
Adhere to all standard documented sales policy and process guidelines.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Candidate should be from Freight industry
Should be at least a graduate (MBA will be preferred)
2-4 yrs of industry experience.
Good communication skills
Proficiency in MS office, E-mails and Internet.
Should have own conveyance.
Should have at least 2 Years of Sales Experience into Air Freights
