Role: The incumbent will support the accounts of the group companies, statutory accounts, dealing with statutory auditors, internal audits, adherence to accounting standards, taxation and implement best accounting practices.

Responsibilities:
[LIST][*]Dealing with tax authorities , handling various tax matters – income tax, wealth tax, service tax, fringe benefit tax, etc - effective tax planning to minimize tax burden.[*]Assist in preparation of Annual budgets, monthly MIS and other MIS required by management, tracking and monitoring the same against budgets[*]To ensure compliance with requirements of clause 49 of stock exchange, dealing with shareholders, corporate governance matters.[*]Cash Flow management for all group companies, monitor investment activities to maximize returns[/LIST]
Effectively establish systems and controls on various process and activities

Qualifications & Experience:
[LIST][*]CA (or)[*]M.Com with minimum 2 years experience[/LIST]
