    Job Details:
    SUMMARY
    Reporting to the Head Sales Manager this position is responsible for supporting the company’s growth
    objectives, as well as, assisting in the technical support of the company’s product to new and existing
    customers. The successful candidate will lead sales of Sanei product offering to new and prospective
    customers.

    In the role of Sales Manager, the candidate will apply their industry knowledge of products, pricing,
    competitive positioning and application knowledge to generate new revenue for the Company.
    The Company will rely on this position for in-depth technical knowledge of its products, customers\'
    applications, and the Company’s value proposition. The candidate will use this understanding to driving new
    growth. The position will be relied upon to technically support new and existing customers.

    The ideal candidate for this position will have the following:
    1. An advanced Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent;- SOUND TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE OF ELEVATOR IS MUST ESPECIALLY IN INSTALLATION AND MAINTAINANCE PROCESS TOO
    2. A successful record in new business /sales development;
    3. Five to seven years of Elevator industry experience selling new equipment or service contracts and
    has sold directly to large end-users or OEMS (Original Equipment Manufacturers) like Schindler, OTIS,
    KONE, ThyssenKrupp, Hitachi, Mitsubishi or others;
    4. An aggressive, self-motivated, “hunter” personality
    5. Residency based in Mumbai

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES
    1. Manage the Company’s Sales Plan to include:
    a. Creating National and Regional sales plans, forecasts, and reports on an Annual, Quarterly,
    and Monthly basis.
    b. Develop and manage sales pipeline (Lead, Opportunities, Orders, and Backlog) reports.
    c. Conduct weekly/monthly sales and engineering performance reviews with Corporate to
    discuss, new technical specifications inquiry, sales pipeline, and quality.
    d. Create key customer account strategies for Top 25 customer.
    e. Participate in National and Regional Sales meetings as required.
    2. Manage the Company’s Marketing Plan to include:
    a. Identify key publications, trade shows, exhibitions, and customer event to evolve sales
    strategies ad ensure industry visibility (e.g., Bureau of Industry Standards-BIS, Int’l
    Electronics & electrical Manufacturing Association-IEMMA).
    b. Collect and maintain key information on competitors (e.g., products and technical
    specifications, price).
    c. Identify key market segments to evolve sales strategy
    d. Work with customers as the primary technical liaison to understand new product and
    service requirements /opportunities.
    e. Support the registration, logistics, and setup of National /Regional customer events (Trade
    Shows, Exhibitions, Industry Associations, etc.).
    f. Conduct customer training seminar for Company product line.
    g. Obtain positive customer reference letters to support future marketing.
    3. Manage Customer Acquisition, Maintenance, and Penetration efforts
    a. Conduct customer interviews to evolve sales strategy (e.g., needs, wants, requirements)
    b. Manage and maintain customer relationships (e.g., ongoing, onsite customer visits)
    c. Develop and maintain customer visit reports.
    d. Develop and maintain customer quotations and proposals.
    e. Negotiate customer agreements /orders (e.g., technical requirements, price, and delivery
    requirements).
    f. Prepare and process customer orders and RFQ’s
    g. Coordinate order placement with Company manufacturing groups according to local policy
    to ensure timely order fulfillment.
    h. Assist in payment collections (as required)
    i. Analyze customer lost orders (as required)

    Candidate Profile
    Any Graduate Engineering background will be advantage. Having relevant work experience in similar position in elevator & escalator industry. Strong communications skills. Ability to effectively present information to questions with customer, clients, and Company management. Must be familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) as well as other related software. Fluent in English.
    Candidate should be based in Mumbai.
