2) HB estate office (3.5 crores) at Gurgaon.
The project consists of four floors. Approximate carpet area of 26000 sq.ft. The work consists of designing and execution of interiors on turnkey basis.
3) Applied Electro-magnetics (2.25 crores) at noida.
An interior project with approximate carpet area of 24500 sq.ft., 6000 sq.ft. On single floor.
4) Leela Hotel (25 crore) at Gurgaon.
The project consisted of mainly rooms, corridors and service apartments.

Projects handled at M/s Gurbachan Singh and associates:
1) Siddhartha medical collage and kakani memorial hospital vijaywada.
This was a Rs 20 crore project consisting a 700 bedded hospital and hostels for girls and boys, student nurses, technicians and housing for staff, administrative building, library, students center, auditorium etc. I worked as part of the designing team, which included all working drawings, detail drawings, site plans, landscape plans etc.
2) Dayanand medical collage and hospital at Ludhiana, Punjab.
This was a Rs 10. crore project which consisted of extension of general and private wards, remodeling and expansion of OPD, new clinical labs, extension of 6 operation theaters and remodeling of existing 4 O.T ‘s, extension of health science block, auditorium for sports and culture etc. My work in the project was detailing and preparing BOQ’s for different works. This included site visits and coordination between structural, plumbing, sanitary, electrical consultants.
3) Sri Lal Bahadur Shastri Sanskrit Vidyapeeth (deemed university), Katwaria sarai, New Delhi.
This was a Rs. 23 crore project, which consisted of expansion of the university including national library, administrative building, Mahavidyala, guesthouse and expansion of hostels. Being a part of the design team I worked on the submission plans and remodeling.
