Job Description:
Provide process engineering support and technical expertise to PDH/PP/LDPE/HDPE and Cracker.
Prepares technical reports and studies with recommendations. Participates in plant modification and other projects.
Ensures all operating parameters of the plants are optimized and develops new cost reduction techniques.
Be able to develop procedures, mentor younger engineers, enroll in some training programs and assign appropriate engineers to other discipline in as needed basis.

He can lead teams and provide required guidance for implementations. He should have the knowledge of equipment and systems in petrochemical plants and familiar with safety systems, HAZOP & TQM/ISO procedures.
Coordinates on regular basis with all plants to resolve day-to-day plant problems and ensures monitoring of plant for optimum performance and maximum profit.
Ensures prompt investigation and documentation of all unscheduled shutdowns and plant interruptions caused by equipment or systems related to process. Prepares recommendations for ratification of such failures and after approval from Section Head, provide guidance for implementation of the solutions.
Ensures that plant studies (PSR's) are conducted in a timely and well-coordinated manner as per the ISO procedure and assigns the appropriate process, control system or environment engineers to other disciplines if needed. He provides guidance in conducting the studies and in selecting the outcome of the PSR. He coordinates the PSR activities with the plant and project engineering for future potential as plant modifications and projects.
Ensures, Process and Control System assistance to project engineering by nominating process and control system engineers to the project team on as needed basis.
Ensures that all operating parameters of the plants are optimized and develops new schemes to optimize profitability by cost reduction techniques.

The Job as follows :
- To coordinate with all operator, process control, checking all condition
(Operation Standard, Machine Operation Condition, Raw Matrial, Line
Production, Product Quality, Scrap handling and timing schedule control target ).
- To coordinate with superior for new information, grade production, special
instruction, daily report, process report and trouble report, trouble counter
measure historical, record and result trial action, production balance control target
and clossed communication with other section, etc.
- To coordinate with field operators for securing the plant during shut down, power
failure, loss instrument air and water treatment, loss of cooling system HVAC,
chilling unit, etc.

- To leading of operators activities during start up, normal operation, shut down
