Job Description:
1. Service requires working with the Voice, Applications and Data Network and Security Portfolio of the products of Siemens Enterprise Communications.
2. Siemcom will provide the resources to train, obtain and maintain certifications in each product domain.
3. Siemcom encourages cross training in different disciplines as a method of diversifying the skill sets of the individual to create the scope for career advancement.
4. Cross training means an individual could be specialized in a ratio of 60-20-20 between voice, applications, data networks & security. Through gaining experience talented individuals can aspire to becoming Solution Architects or take an alternative career path in to Project Management or Executive Management with a Technical or Sales competency.
5. Siemcom operates under the Service Partner Program with Siemens Enterprise Communcations (SEN). Work standards are international.
6. Siemcom personnel will interact with SEN professionals from Germany and Belgium on projects and as part of the Professional Services Development effort.
7. Average composition of time is 70% on Customer Interaction; 20% on training, applied research and certification and 10% on administration (client related)
8. Siemcom provides an 'always on' service - personnel are required to be 'mobility enabled' - laptops and Blackberries will be provided.
9. There are no management layers. The CEO and COO are hands-on. Personnel are expected to take total responsibility for a client under our 'Total Account Relationship' approach to serving a client.
10. Siemcom is subject to an annual quality audit performed by SEN on its operations - a high standard of personal performance is expected and rewarded with no limits to bonus earning potential.
11. Bonus earning potential is based on a mix of service excellence and revenue growth through up-selling to existing clients.

Desired Candidate Profile:
1. Technical background supported by certifications as any one or two of the following:
a. Siemens Certified Engineer in voice applications – (any of these 3) Hi Path 3000, Hi Path 4000, or Openscape
b. CISCO – A Cisco certification ( needs to be specific and needs to provide CISCO id)
c. MSCE – A Microsoft Certified Engineer – again, needs to be specific as in b. above
2. If he is a CISCO or MSCE certified engineer, then he needs to be prepared to cross train in voice applications
3. At least 3 years experience in providing customer service and responding to service requests;
4. Aptitiude for trouble shooting when customers have problems
5. Must have participated in at least two implementation or integration projects
6. Good English speaking and writing skills
7. An aptitude for sales is a definite plus.
8. Essential requirement to maintain 'certifications' related to functional/technical skills.
9.Must be committed to take ITIL certifications
10. May be required to travel to GCC countries
