* Need Prior Collection experience (US Process) in a fast paced high tech environment
* Experience in US market credit card collections and debt recovery is preferable.
* Should have experience in Skip Tracing the Customers, Contact information and updating the same on the records for Collections.
* Should have experience in understanding the customer's needs and requirements and providing them possible payment options.
* Need excellent communication skills and presentation skills.
