- Ensure at ware house for correct tally process of shipments for both inbound and outbound loads.
Communication Liaison :
- Hold monthly joint meetings of ware house staff with management.
- To keep a tab on new additions, inform on the requirements.
- Anticipate and prepare for changes in work loads.
- Update staff on job responsibilities.
- Discussion on packaging to ensure the shipping is correct and to develop solutions.
- Maintain fullest communication between ware house and management.
- Hold quarterly meetings to improve morale of people and discuss staff issues.
Training Skills :
- Training in paperwork to ensure the regulatory is maintained as per the changes in respective state of India.
- Explaining difficult ideas in simpler way.
