- Scheduled inbound numbers, release inbound numbers and give appointment for delivery on daily basis as per the capacity of warehouse and as per specific direction from the respective LOB team.
- Oversee inspection at warehouse inward as per the given standards of packaging, bar-coding, quantities, allocation ect.
- If any rejection in vendor consignment then resolve the situation with co-ordination with vendor, HO SCM team & category team.
- Analysing inbound data for vendor rating and vendor evalution.
- Communicate with the vendors on consignment specific issue and their resolution,
- Educate vendors on the inbound process and help them to improve overall rating, training to vendor of vendor portal and ensure registration of vendors in vendor portal so that easily online they can apply advance shipment notice and get inbound no & appointment for delivery and see the data of IRN, GRN and bill booking in commercial.
- Resolution of Vendor excess and shortage data.
- Co-ordinate with quality team on the inspections and maintaing the quality data whenever required.
- Tracking of urgent & important consignments and ensure the timely supply at warehouse and at stores.
- Co-ordination with Vendors, Transport / distribution team, warehouse, Commerical deptt, Category team and ensure timely supply .
- Closer of all intransit consignments from warehouse to warehouse and warehouse to stores.
- Analysing the warehouse data with the help of warehouse heath Check report as Aging stocks, pending outward, pending inward & intransit report.
- Monthly planning of manpower utilization for inward & outward, and numbers of vehicles for dispatches and share that data with the warehouse operation team.
