    Job Description:
    Drive for profitable growth while increasing Market Share by developing new products and by developing creative programs to move existing products through the channels. Work with cross functional team to Manage new product development from idea generation through to completion. Indentify New Product/Market opportunities, utilize existing tools to manage the product development process and create launch materials and programs.
    Create market intelligence with regard to demand and supply, competitors pricing policy, strategy.
    Regular market survey and update the same to the Sales team.
    Create and manage the annual marketing budget to promote new and existing products and create an audit program to measure the success of brand building activities.
    Additional Internal and External responsibilities include: Meeting with customers to understanding training, sales support, and communication requirements. Interfacing with manufacturing with regards to quality related issues, obsolescence planning, and product change requests. Interfacing with engineering to prioritize new product development, drive problem resolution, and warranty analysis.

    Desired Candidate Profile:
    Should have experience in managing a product category (consumer durables preferred)
    Should have experience of 8-10 years in sales and marketing operations. Out of which 2-3 years should be on a Regional assignment.
    Should have good negotiation skills.
    Should possess leadership and management skills to develop a team for the future.
    Should have experience in branding, advertising of consumer durables/white goods.
    Degree/Diploma in Business Management will be an added advantage
