RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Fully handling Front Office Department and Coordinating with Affiliates Sales team.
- Providing reception services including greeting, directing visitors.
- In charge of Hotel bookings for all senior levels and also travel bookings.
- Supervising board room and front office maintainers and monitoring inventories for supplies of items required for office purpose and orders as necessary.
- Managing all services escalations including receiving all Head Office incoming telephones calls, emails, letters or visitors, receiving/redirecting incoming mails, faxes and courier packages.
